Mariana Rossman

For over twenty years, Mariana Rossman has provided quality legal representation to individuals facing all forms of government investigation and prosecution. She has successfully represented hundreds of clients facing criminal charges in both federal and state courts as well as those facing professional licensure revocation and university disciplinary proceedings. In addition, Ms. Rossman is often asked by colleagues to collaborate on legal matters and provide litigation support.

Ms. Rossman graduated from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law in 2000 and, for the next six years, served as an Assistant Public Defender in Philadelphia taking hundreds of criminal cases to trial. During that time, she also earned her legal Master’s Degree (LL.M.) in trial advocacy from Temple University with honors.

From 2006-2009, Ms. Rossman was an associate at a mid-sized Philadelphia law firm practicing in its white collar and government investigations group. She then formed her own law firm where she practiced until 2017, when she was recruited to a New York-based plaintiff’s firm and spent the next four years before returning to her solo practice.
